Scott, the founder and CEO of Real Trading Research, oversees all research and development in the business. Since 2007, Scott has been a professional trader specializing in designing trend following systems. Known for his profound understanding of markets, he recognized early on that Crypto trading offered outsized risk-adjusted returns. His expertise lies in crafting trading systems that leverage industry-validated algorithms to eliminate human error.

Howard Bruck

Howard is the CFO and Co-founder of Real Trading Research. He has a vast background in running global corporate operations, finance, and technology, beginning his career at Pepsi International and the NY Stock Exchange. Howard served as Chief Information Officer at Sterling National Bank and CEO of Farm Credit Financial Partners. For the past 15 years, he has been an Adjunct Professor at the business schools of NYU, Fordham, and Fairfield Universities. Howard holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and an MBA in Accounting.

Timon Haringa

Timon is the CTO at Real Trading Research and oversees all software engineering efforts and operation of the technical infrastructure powering the Finrev automated trading system. Timon has been a software engineer for over 25 years and has extensive experience working across various industries such as telecoms, gaming and finance. Timon holds a Bachelor of Information Technology from RMIT University, Melbourne.

Caroline Labour

Caroline leads our Customer Experience Team, overseeing customer systems, expert crypto coaches and our Customer Support Center. With extensive experience in management accounting and finance transformation at companies like Caltex Australia and Foxtel, Caroline, a CPA, brings a wealth of expertise to our team. Before joining Real Trading Research in 2022, she ran a money and mindset coaching academy and became skilled in cryptocurrency and options trading. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Technology, Sydney.

John Choi

John is the CMO at Real Trading Research. He believes in the disruptive potential of blockchain technology for finance. Starting his career at one of the world's largest accounting firms, BDO, John initially worked in accounting before transitioning to marketing, where he spent 7 years refining his expertise in the digital marketing industry. He sees FinRev as the spearhead of traditional finance disruption. John graduated from Massey University with a double major in Accounting and Finance.

Vincent Haringa

Vincent is the VP of Operations at Real Trading Research, responsible for orchestrating flawless execution, supporting the management team with strategic planning and overseeing all aspects of project management. He has held senior operational management positions at industry giants such as Amazon and JDE Peet's, where he honed his expertise in optimizing operational excellence and driving strategic initiatives. Vincent holds an MBA from Business School Netherlands.
